Our origins
Palace Catering, formerly Solinca Eventos e Catering, was founded between 1996 and 2000 as part of the Sonae Group, with its core business rooted in the catering operation launched at Palácio da Bolsa. In January 2010, Palace Catering joined the Ibersol Group, a leading Portuguese player in the food service and restaurant sector.
